One entrance, every party

Instead of a wall of bell buttons, the SIAS outdoor station shows a searchable digital nameplate on its display. The number of residential units and bell buttons is unlimited; visitors find the right name via the search.

Each party decides where the door call arrives: on an indoor station in the apartment, on the smartphone via the ESENTA app, or on existing SIP and DECT phones. Access works via app, PIN code or NFC card, individually per resident.

For the property management, everyday life is what counts: names on the nameplate are changed in the web interface with one click, and access of former residents is deactivated immediately. In existing buildings the system connects over the existing bell wiring; more on the retrofitting page.

Frequently asked questions

How many residential units does the system support?

The number of residential units and bell buttons is unlimited. The digital nameplate shows all parties on the outdoor station's display, including a search function for visitors.

What happens when a tenant changes?

The name on the nameplate is changed in the web interface with one click. The previous tenant's PIN codes and NFC cards are deactivated, and new access is set up immediately. Neither signs nor locks need replacing.

Does every apartment need an indoor station?

No. Each party can instead answer the door call on a smartphone (ESENTA app) or on existing SIP and DECT phones. Indoor stations such as the IS53W (Wi-Fi, no additional wiring) are an option, not a requirement.

Does the building need new wiring?

Often not: with the 2WIP module, the outdoor station connects over two existing wires of the old bell system, up to 100 m. Details on the retrofitting page.
